As people now are living in a digital world, trying to approach them digitally would be a great advantage to get noticed by the market. Especially on Facebook. Since Facebook is the largest social media that almost everyone on the planet uses it.

But ironically, some businesses succeed running their campaign on Facebook and get a big number of ROAS, and some of them are failed even though the spent much money on it.

So, what’re the differences?

The common thing that happened to those who failed at running the campaign on Facebook is they just used hard-selling all the time to the product without giving the market any value, just mentioned the features without telling the audiences the benefit of the brand.

Well, using hard sell is not a mistake, but without giving any additional value to your audiences would make your brand treated as a commodity. And as you know, commodities are compared to each other by your market.

Besides, Facebook is social media, it’s not a marketplace where anyone looking for Facebooksomething to buy. So whatever ads you run, you should engage your audiences first, since people on Facebook are looking for entertainment, then you can ask them to purchase your brand.

The other one that most businesses forgot, that makes their ads don’t perform well is not running retargeting campaigns.

Retargeting is very important since not everyone is likely to purchase something for the first time they saw your ads. That’s why running retargeting is to remind your audiences about your brand, and your brand is the solution that might help them to solve their problem.

You can run several campaigns for retargeting, such as people on a certain amount of time who has engaged in your website but leaving your website without purchase, or people who just like to engage with your pages and ads but not entering your website. You can also run your ads to the people who have purchased your brand, so you can upsell them with another one.

Okay, let’s discuss if you have something in mind, or you can leave your comment below. And you can share this short article if this bring value to you, so your colleagues can get value as well from this article.
